Perhaps a cinema club could be run from Wildside using a decent quality digital project and a large screen. Maybe it could accommodate 20 people or so. It could be a monthly or weekly event and local businesses could supply food through a system of pre-orders. If there isn't space in Wildside, perhaps a small auditorium could be built next door that could be used for this purpose. This building would also have other uses, not least for community presentations or perhaps even hire by businesses. Holding local cinema events would also provide an opportunity to socialise and perhaps even part-time work. It wouldn't necessarily need to be offered for free to locals. Instead a subsidised charge could be made.
