Broadband is an absolute necessity today. Current service level isn't universal across community, and will need different technology/infrastructure to get there. That means there is different end-user costs to people depending where they live, a postcode lottery. Idea is for the community trust to pay for broadband connection for everyone that wants one, so everyone can have good quality access, regardless of their ability to pay/organise technology. Idea was suggested in first Community Assembly (16th May).
